$25 Fee Per Connection:

•The fee is only charged when you establish a communication channel with a customer by either:

•Responding to a customer’s chat request.

•Proactively reaching out to a customer.

•This fee covers opening the chat communication channel and does not guarantee that you will secure the job.

•You will not incur charges unless you initiate or respond to communication with a customer.

Refund Policy:

•Refunds are only available in cases of technical issues, such as undelivered messages.

•Once a chat message is successfully delivered, the fee is non-refundable.

•For refund requests, use the app’s support feature to contact the technical support team.

Daily Invoice Updates:

•An invoice is generated daily, listing all the communication channels you’ve opened with customers during that day.

•You can review your activity and charges in the app under your account’s billing section.

Weekly Billing and Payments:

•Charges accumulate over the week and are processed to your credit card at the end of each week.

•You will receive a notification before the charge is made.

Failed Payment Process:

•If your credit card payment fails, your ability to connect with new customers will be temporarily suspended.

•The system will attempt to process the payment one additional time.

•If the second attempt also fails, please update your payment method in the app to resume full functionality.
